Registered professional mining engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. B.Eng Min, M.Eng PM, and Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency from the University of Pretoria. Has led startups of lithium and copper mines and managed operations across copper, gold, platinum, lithium, and coal. Active in the Namibian mining sector since 2016.
Corporate Finance Advisor CA(SA)
Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with nine years in corporate finance, including experience as Chief Financial Officer. Has led IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and debt and equity offerings. Brings deep strategic financial acumen to Optimine's growth and governance.
Operations Manager & BA Logistics
Joined Optimine in October 2023. Previous roles at Stewardship Drilling (asset management), Basil Read Mining (maintenance planning), Gecko Drilling & Blasting (procurement), and Karibib Mining (maintenance planning). Brings leadership, troubleshooting acumen, and budget discipline to every programme.
