Optimine
About Optimine

Engineered for
the long haul.

Optimine Namibia is a mining and exploration drilling company headquartered in Windhoek, with crews and management drawn from heavy industry across Southern Africa.

Our story

Built from
iron & steel.

Optimine grew out of solid experience in iron and steel plant operations — an environment where downtime is measured in rands per second and standards are non-negotiable.

That discipline now drives our drilling, optimisation and compliance work. Whether we are coring a new target in the Erongo, running RC for grade control in the //Karas, or rebuilding a maintenance regime, the bar is the same.

We work alongside mine operators, junior explorers, and listed entities across the region — and we deliver data, metres, and savings that stand up to due diligence.

Compliance

Audit-ready by
design.

Every Optimine programme is structured to meet the documentary requirements of NI43-101 and JORC, with a professional geologist signing off on QAQC protocols.

  • Documented standards / blanks / duplicates schedule
  • Chain-of-custody from rig to laboratory
  • Umpire laboratory on critical batches
  • Independent QAQC reporting on request
On-hand inventory

Stock on hand.
Zero downtime.

Consumables, spares and fluids staged in Windhoek so a rig in the Erongo never waits on a procurement cycle.
